What Is This Service?

Treatment Plan ("we," "us," "our") provides a secure patient communication platform used by dental and orthodontic practices. When your dental practice creates a treatment plan for you, they may send you a text message (SMS) containing a secure link to view your personalized treatment information.

What Messages Will I Receive?

By providing your phone number to your dental practice, you consent to receive the following types of text messages from Treatment Plan on behalf of your practice:

We will never send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages. All messages are related to your dental care and treatment plans.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your treatment plan activity. Typically, you will receive 1-5 messages per treatment plan. Follow-up sequences, if your practice uses them, may include up to 3 additional messages spread over several weeks.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to your dental practice and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from Treatment Plan on behalf of your practice. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can opt out at any time.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Treatment Plan does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates will apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
